The family of the late John Hagan (Skippy) would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere gratitude and appreciation to those who sympathised with us during this difficult time. Thank you to everyone who called at the house, attended the funeral, sent mass and sympathy cards.

Thank you to the Acute medical unit B1 Antrim Area Hospital for looking after John and the nurses and carer’s of Mid Ulster Health Centre who looked after John at home. A special word of thanks to Fr. Brian Slater for his spiritual guidance and beautiful Requiem Mass. Also a special thank you to sonlight for their beautiful music and singing. Thanks to Michael and staff of the Greenvale for providing the refreshments. Thanks to Stephen Mallon for the beautiful flowers. We thank Kieran and Peter and staff of Kirk Funeral Directors, for the dignified and professional manner in which the funeral arrangements were conducted and to the grave diggers for preparing John’s final resting place.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone indivivdually, please accept this acknowledgement as a gesture of our family’s deepest gratitude.

John’s month mind Mass will be celebrated in Holy Trinity Church on Sunday 8th October at 12.00noon.

Beloved brother of Margaret O’Kane. Brother-in-law to Sean. Loving uncle of Tracey and Shauneen.

Funeral leaving his late residence, 17 Dunleath Avenue on Wednesday September 13, 2023 at 11.30am for 12noon Requiem Mass in Holy Trinity Church. Interment afterwards in Forthill Cemetery.

Deeply regretted by his sister, brother-in-law, nieces and entire family circle. House Private on morning of funeral. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul.
