We the family of the late Chris Hallissey RIP, would like to acknowledge and thank all of those who offered sympathy during our recent bereavement.
We would like to especially thank those who kept us in their thought and prayers, called to the house, attended the funeral, sent cards, wreaths or assisted in any way. Your love and support has provided us with great comfort at this time of profound loss to our family.
A special thanks to fr. Jozef for his support and the beautiful requiem mass, to Sophie Doyle for her outstanding singing, we were truly blown away. We will be eternally greatful to the staff at craigavon area hospital resuscitation department for their compassion and care. Thank you also to Jack & Margaret Mclearnon for the professional and dignified way they carried out the funeral arrangements, to his cousins and kanes carriages for the beautiful horse drawn carriage, white doves and the bag piper we’ll be forever greatful. A massive thank you to Wee Smackers, big Tee’s, Charlie mallons butchers, Paddy O’Hagan, and Clann Eireann, family & friends who brought food your kindness is immensely heart warming, to our family who traveled miles across the water to be with us at this difficult time.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually we trust that this knowledgement will be accepted by all as an expression of our sincere appreciation and gratitude. A mass will be offered for your intentions.
HALLISSEY Chris (Lurgan) March 18th 2024 suddenly but peacefully at craigavon area hospital surrounded by his family.
Chris dearly loved son of Bridget, much loved father of shea, Mikey, Mia & Joe. Beloved brother of Isobel, Freddie, Pearl & Tracey, loving uncle and great uncle.
Chris will be waked from his mother’s home 27 Princes Street lurgan Bt679db from Wednesday.
Funeral on Friday at 9.45 from his mothers home to St peters church for 10.30am requiem mass, interment afterwards in St colmans cemetery.
Chris’ requiem mass can be viewed on St peters church Web cam. St pio pray for him.
Very deeply regretted by his loving mother, children, brother & sisters and entire family circle.

My sincere condolences to all Chris' children, family and friends. Chris was a gentle big giant and I will miss him deeply. Rest in peace Chris. Safe in the arms of the angels.
