HAMMOND Sylvia (née Heron) Died on May 29th 2021, suddenly, at home, Forthill Green, Banbridge.
Sylvia, cherished mum of Craig, mother in law of Stephanie and a much loved nanny of Ruby.
Family flowers only please, donations for the benefit of The Southern Area Hospice.
Very deeply regretted and sadly missed by the entire family circle.
