We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of Denis Hannaway, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital on 9th February 2024.

Late of 7 Dunraven Park, Foyle Springs. May he rest in peace.

Beloved husband of Philomena. Devoted father of Julie, Emma and Debbie. A much loved father-in-law of Darren. Dearest brother of Raymond. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of his wider family circle, friends and neighbours.

Denis’s remains will be reposing at his late family residence, 7 Dunraven Park. His wake will commence from 6pm this evening, Friday 9th February. Funeral leaving from there on Monday 12th February at 10:50am for 11:30am Requiem Mass in St. Columba’s Church, Longtower. Burial will take place immediately afterwards in the City Cemetery.

Wake house will be private from 10pm until 11am.
