HAVERTY Matthew (Matt) – 9th April 2023, peacefully at The Macmillan Unit, Antrim. Late of 15 Enfield Street, Portstewart.

Dearly loved husband of Gen, loving son of Annamay and Michael, son-in-law of Nerio and the late Erlinda, step-son of Christine, dear brother of Andrew and Michael and a much loved brother-in-law, step-brother and uncle.

Funeral service in Wades Funeral Home, Coleraine on Friday at 2.00pm followed by interment in Portstewart Cemetery.

Family flowers only please. Donations if wished to The Macmillan Unit, Antrim c/o Ms Charlene Wade, 3 Upper Abbey Street, Coleraine.

Lovingly remembered by all his family and friends.

Hi Matt, I always remember our trip to blackpool with Auntie Christine, Andrew and myself where I had to sleep on a poop sofabed type chair made for younger children than my 10 year old grown up in the head self!! It saddens me that I have no memory beyond that point but the eye opening experience you both gave me of our differences in upbringing stay with me until this day!! I pray that you have fulfilled your dreams and are now at peace! Gone but never forgotten!! Love always your cousin Francesca xxx
