Hazel Calvert died on December 16th 2020.
Hazel, devoted wife of the late Harry, will be lovingly remembered by daughter Jill, son-in-law Billy, grandchildren David and Sarah, and great-grandson Leo.
A private funeral service will be held in keeping with government regulations.
Donations may be made in lieu of flowers to Guide Dogs NI, Unit 17, 18 Heron Road, Belfast, BT3 9LE.
