We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of Roy Henderson, peacefully at his home on 31st March 2023.

Late of 11 Springhill Rd. May he rest in peace.

Beloved husband of the late Clare. Devoted father of Pearse, Martin, Louise, Sharon and Stephen. A much loved father-in-law of Breidge, John, Damian and Elaine. Loving granda and great-granda of Gary, Sara, Jamie, Sarah, Rebecca, Robert, Conor, Ronan, Stephen, Chloe, Jude and Kevin Óg. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of his wider family circle and friends.

Roy’s remains will be reposing at his late family home, 11 Springhill Rd. His wake will commence at 1:30pm today, Saturday 1st April. Funeral leaving from there on Monday 3rd April at 9:20am for 10am requiem mass in St. Mary’s Church, Creggan. Burial will take place immediately afterwards in the City Cemetery.
