Daniel HOGG

The family of the late Daniel Hogg would like to express their heartfelt thanks and appreciation to those who sympathised with them during the recent sad loss of their much loved brother, uncle, godfather, great uncle and brother in law.
Many thanks to those who sent mass cards, called at the house, attended the funeral and provided refreshments.
Our heartfelt thanks to Fr Henry who provided a lovely personal requiem mass service also Bernie and Marty Campbell for the beautiful singing.
Special thanks to Oliver Mallon, Community nurses, Marie Curie nurses, Dr Jackson and all at the Green Surgery for the dedicated and dignified care to Daniel.
We would like to thank Downpatrick Asda who have shown great love and support at the loss of their colleague and friend, The Avenue bar for providing their service.
Thanks to Ciaran Fitzpatrick, Robert Mc Keating and all the staff for their professional manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements.
It has been a source of great comfort to us to witness the love and high regard in which Daniel was held.
‘ It broke our hearts to lose you Daniel,
But you didn’t go alone,
For part of us went with you,
The day God called you home’.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation.

Funeral from his late residence, 53 John Street, Downpatrick on Friday 14 March 2025 at 09.00am for 09.30am Requiem Mass in St.Patrick’s Church, Downpatrick. Interment afterwards in St.Patrick’s Cemetery, Killough Road. Sacred Heart of Jesus, have mercy on his soul.
