The family of the late Gerry (Noisey) Houston would like to thank everyone who came to the wake or sent messages of support.
We would like to thank the staff and nurses of the cancer ward at Altnagelvin Hospital, everyone at Racecourse Medical Centre and all his carers.

We would also like to thank Doherty’s Bakery, Paul’s Butchers, Silver Street, Mary B’s Bar and the Dunloe Bar for all their kindness throughout Gerry’s sickness and during the wake.
Thank you to Bradley & McLaughlin Funeral Directors for their professionalism and dignity.

And finally, to Gerry’s friend, John (Jock) O’Connor, thank you all so much.

Gerry’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated in St. Columba’s Church, Longtower on Friday 12th November at 7:30pm.

HOUSTON Gerry died on 9th October 2021, peacefully at his home, 5 Brandywell Avenue. Formerly of Limewood Street.

Beloved husband of Margaret, loving father of Michelle, Gerald, Lisa, Karen, Caroline, Mark, Martina and Sharon, a dear and loving grandfather and great-grandfather, loving son of the late Martha and John and a dear and loving brother of Kathleen, Maureen, Caroline, Clare, Jim, Billy and the late Jackie, Florie, Stella, Eileen, Bridie and Patsy.

Funeral leaving his home on Tuesday 12th October at 10:30am to St. Columba’s Church, Longtower for Requiem Mass at 11am. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. Please adhere to social distancing guidelines.

Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul. Our Lady of Lourdes intercede for him.
