HUGHES Michael (Taxi), (Newry) August 13, 2023, (peacefully) surrounded by his loving family.
Michael (Taxi), devoted father of Benn, loving son of the late Benedict (Benny) and Rosaleen (Rosie) R.I.P. and treasured brother of Peter, Helen, Desy, Aidan and the late Valerie and Angela R.I.P.
His remains will repose at his late residence, ‘Athmore’, 9a Arthur Street, Newry on Monday from 4pm until 10pm and Tuesday and Wednesday from 10am until 10pm. Removal on Thursday at 9.15am for 10.30am Requiem Mass in S.S. Patrick and Colman’s Cathedral, followed by cremation afterwards in Dardistown Crematorium, Dublin.
Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired to ‘Marie Curie’.
Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his son, Mary, Shay, also his brothers, sister, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and entire family circle and friends.
