Date of Death: Thursday 7th October 2021 Town: Bessbrook
Date of Death: Thursday 7th October 2021

We the family of the late Bernadette Hughes wish to express our
appreciation to all who sympathised with us on our recent bereavement.

To all of those near and far that called to our home, attended Requiem Mass, sent Mass offerings, sympathy cards and floral tributes we extend our heartfelt thanks. To all our kind neighbours, friends and extended family who supported and helped us by providing and serving food during Bernadette’s wake, your help was invaluable.

To Dr’s Mulligan & Magennis’ Cornmarket surgery, Dr’s Dean and Maguire Mullaghbawn Surgery, and the District nursing team thank you. To L & B Care Services who looked after Bernadette with such care and dignity a heartfelt thank you. Sincerest gratitude to the Marie Curie nurses whose care was invaluable in Bernadette’s latter days.

A special word of thanks to Father Seamus from Dromintee parish who called with Bernadette and her family prior to her death and also on the morning of her funeral, and of course Father Larkin from Bessbrook who celebrated a beautiful Requiem Mass. To Corrina and Janice who provided such beautiful music thank you most sincerely.

And finally our sincere thanks to Daniel Mallon Funeral Director for the dignified, caring and professional manner in which Bernadette’s funeral arrangements were carried out. As it is impossible to thank everyone individually we trust this acknowledgment will be accepted by all as a token of our appreciation.

Bernadette’s Months Mind Mass will be held on Saturday 6th November at 6pm in The Good Shepherd Church Cloughreagh Bessbrook
