The family of the late Mary Hunter, Harphall – Carnlough, wish to express their sincere thanks to all those who sympathised and supported them following the loss of their mother.

Many thanks to all those who called at the family home, brought food, sent messages, mass and sympathy cards, sent flowers and attended the funeral. It was very much appreciated.
Thanks to Fr Fitzsimons for attending the house and for the Funeral Mass, Siobhan Flannigan for the beautiful singing and music and Laragh Lodge who provided refreshments after the funeral.
They would also like to thank the doctors and nurses at Antrim Hospital for their care and kindness during the last few days of their mother’s life. Also, thanks to the GPs, practice nurses and district nurses for their care and support especially over the last few years.

A special thank you to Joe Cunning Funeral Director who carried out all the arrangements with professionalism and care.
As it is not possible to thank everyone, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our appreciation to all.

Mary’s Month Mind Mass will be celebrated in St John the Evangelist Church, Carnlough on Friday, 22nd December at 7.30pm.

It is with the greatest of regret that we have to inform you of the death of Mary Hunter (Née O’Boyle) Harphall, Carnlough. Mary passed away peacefully in hospital on 22nd November surrounded by her loving family. May she rest in peace.

Dearly beloved wife of the late James and loving mother of Seamus, Margaret (McIlwaine), Mary K (Magill), Martina (Maguire), Aidan and John. Dear mother-in-law of Mary, Gerard, Charlie, Seamus, Karen and Barbara. Devoted granny to 17 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Much loved sister of Paddy, Kathleen (Magill) and the late Edward (infant), Elizabeth (O’Loan) and James.

Mary’s funeral will leave her late residence, 41 Whitehill Road, on Saturday at 10.15am to St. John The Evangelist Church for 11am Requiem Mass. Burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery.

Deeply regretted by her sorrowing family and family circle.
