The father, sisters and family circle of the late Sharon Ruth Irvine wish to thank all those who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement.
A special word of thanks to Rev. Dr. Sam Bostock for his prayers, words of comfort and for conducting the funeral service.
Thanks to the Doctors from Saintfield Health Centre and relevant nursing teams for all their unfailing care and attention.
Also, thanks to the team from 1st Saintfield Presbyterian Church who called at the home, prepared and served refreshments following the funeral, those friends and neighbours who sent cards, telephoned, brought gifts, made a donation via online at www.douglasfuneraldirectors.com. or cheque payable to N.I. Hospice, c/o Douglas Funeral Directors, 20 Dromore Road, Ballynahinch BT24 8HP, attended the funeral service or helped in any other way.

IRVINE Sharon Ruth – 2nd March 2025, peacefully at her home, 152 Killynure Road, Saintfield.

Much loved daughter of Albert and the late Nan. Loving sister of Linda and Gillian. Dear sister-in-law to Trevor and Stephen and devoted Auntie to Aaron, Jack, Gemma, Sophie, Cameron and Chrissie.

A Service of Thanksgiving will be held in 1st Saintfield Presbyterian Church on Wednesday 5th March at 2.00pm and afterwards to the adjoining graveyard.

All family and friends welcome to call at her home.

Will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her father, sisters, family and circle of friends.

God saw the road was getting rough. The Ouley hill was hard to climb. He closed her gentle eyes and said “Peace be Thine”.
