IRWIN John Uriah (Jack) Died on June 1st 2021, peacefully at his home, 66 Ballymaguire Road, Stewartstown.
John Uriah (Jack), dearly loved Husband of Barbara, much loved Father of Trevor, Grace, Valerie, Jacqueline and Rayner, a dear Father-in-Law of Eunice, Stephen, Lisa; also Harold and Marius, a loving Grandfather of Stephen, Kylie, Sarah, Demi, Jack, Jamie, Nicole, Trent, Jodi, Lori and Logan and Great Grandfather of David, James, Lydia, Samuel and Annalise.
Funeral service will take place in Cookstown Independent Methodist Church, (Morgan’s Hill Road, BT80 8HA) on Thursday, June 3rd at 2.00pm (approx), followed by burial in Ardtrea Parish Churchyard.
Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if desired, to Cookstown Independent Methodist Church Building Fund, c/o Rev Malcolm Patterson, “Ebenezer”, 29 The Dales, Cookstown BT80 8TF.
Lovingly remembered by his sorrowing Wife, Family and the entire Family Circle.
