JACK (née Thompson) Muriel Gertrude (Dot) Died on August 20th 2021, peacefully at her daughter’s residence. Formerly of 5 Beechvale, Broughshane.
Dearly loved wife of the late William H. Jack, much loved mother of Hazel, Muriel and Sharon, fondly loved mother-in-law of David, John and Peter, dear twin sister of Daisy and devoted grandmother of her 9 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
Interred in Ballymena Cemetery.
Donations, if desired, to Marie Curie Care.
