Funeral leaving his home on Thursday at 1.00pm allowing family, friends and neighbours the opportunity to pay their respects whilst maintaining social distancing, followed by a private Family burial.
Family flowers only please. Donations in Memory of Jason for N.I Children’s Hospice.
Will be Lovingly Remembered by His Sorrowing Family friends and all who knew him.
