The family of the late Jean Harris (née Devlin) would like to express their sincere gratitude to all those who sympathised with them during their recent bereavement,

Our sincere thanks to those who called to our home, contacted the family, attended the wake and funeral and for those who sent mass and sympathy cards.

A special words of thanks to Fr. Declan McGeehan, Rev. Kevin McElhernon and Rev. Eugene Hasson for the beautiful funeral service and burial.

A very special word of thanks to Kate McAleer and Co. Undertakers for the beautiful, dignified care and manner of which they carried out the funeral arrangements.

A heartfelt thanks to Colette McDonald and pianist Rory Madden, for her beautiful singing at the funeral Mass.

Thanks to those who brought food, helped throughout the wake, also to Loughmacrory St. Teresa for all their help.  Thanks also to Hughie Ruadhs, Mountfield for providing a lovely funeral dinner.

We would like to offer our sincere thanks to the district nurses, diabetic nurse, rapid response team, Three Spires Surgery and Bradley’s pharmacy for their wonderful care.

As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our appreciation.

Harris (Cappagh, Killyclogher) 3rd January 2023, peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family.

Jean (née Devlin) most beloved wife of Anthony, cherished mother to Martin, Jane and Tony, doting grandmother to Ellie, Ronan, Chloe, Ruairi, Conor, Megan and Enda. Mother-in-law to Orla and Sarah. Predeceased by her siblings and much loved sister-in-law to Mary, Anne, Georgina, Pat, Faustina, Teresa, Rose and Rita.

Jean is reposing at home 15 Spring Road BT79 0PE until removal Friday morning for 10am Requiem Mass in St. Mary’s Church, interment afterwards in Greenhill Cemetery.

St. Martin and St. Anthony pray for her.

Deeply loved and sadly missed by her sorrowing husband, sons, daughter, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, entire family circle, neighbours and friends.
