The death has taken place of Jack Johnstone, 12th September 2023, peacefully at Altnagelvin.

Beloved Husband of Philomena (Phyl) and Loving Father of Caroline, Angela, Brian, Stephen, Jacqui, Edel and the late Baby John. A much loved Grandfather and Great Grandfather.

Funeral from his home 1 Moyola Avenue on Thursday, 14th September at 9.30am to Steelstown Chapel for Requiem Mass at 10.000am. Followed by private cremation. 0House private from 11pm to 11am.
