Kathleen McCabe

Date of Death: Tuesday 23rd April 2024 Town: Carrickmore
Date of Death: Tuesday 23rd April 2024

We the family of the late Kathleen McCabe (RIP) wish to extend our heartfelt thanks to all those who sympathised with us during our recent sad bereavement. We would like to offer our sincere gratitude to all those who attended the wake, funeral, sent sympathy cards and messages via social media.  We are extremely grateful for all our family, friends and neighbours who rallied round in our time of need and to all those who helped out in any way over Kathleens wake, making teas, parking cars and bringing gestures of food.
A special word of thanks to Fr McAnenly PP for visiting Kathleen at home during her short illness and for the lovely way in which he celebrated Kathleens life during the funeral mass. We also want to thank him for his continued support and guidance to us all since Kathleens passing. Thank you to Niamh McGlinchey for the beautiful music during the funeral and to Colette the sacristan and to the alter servers. Thank you to Kelley, Ryan and Peadar FMC Funeral Services for the dignified and professional manner in which they conducted the wake and funeral. Their help and support during this time was unbelievable.  To Seamus Russell for his help during the wake and to Ciaran Conroy for preparing Kathleens final resting place. To the Charm Inn for providing the lovely refreshments after the funeral. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually we hope this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our gratitude and appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the mass will be offered for your intentions.
Kathleens Months Mind Mass will be celebrated on Thursday 23rd May in St Colmcilles Church, Carrickmore @ 7.30pm and can also be viewed via webcam.
‘Those we love don’t go away, they walk beside us everyday’.
St Padre Pio pray for her.
