We the family of the late Kathleen McElhone, Tromague, Carrickmore, wish to express our deep gratitude to all who supported us at the time of mum’s passing.

Our heartfelt thanks to the staff of Ward 2 south, who cared for mum during her final days, and for the support they offered to us as a family.

To all the staff of Carrickmore Health Centre and the District nursing staff, who supported and cared for mum during the past number of years.

To Damien and all the staff at McAleer Medical Hall for their continued support.

To mum’s carers, all the attentive staff at Care Plus, Angel Watch, and to Clare, Kate, Orla, Tara and Sharon, who all looked after mum so respectfully.

We wish also to extend our sincere thanks to neighbours, friends and family, who attended the house and helped us out during the lead up to mum’s passing, and all who helped during the wake and funeral, bringing food and providing refreshments.

To all who attended the wake and funeral, sent messages, cards and flowers.

To all those who assisted with stewarding and parking, and to Grogan’s for the use of the yard for parking.

To the grave diggers, especially John & Sean who prepared mum’s final resting place.

To Father O’Neill for all his pastoral support over the years, for attending mum in hospital, and for celebrating the beautiful requiem mass.

To Sinead and Rory who provided the music during the mass, and to Phelim and Oisin who also enhanced the mass and burial, with their music.

A special word of thanks to Kate McAleer, funeral director and Peter,  for the dignified and respectful way in which the funeral arrangements were carried out.

To the Charm Inn for providing the food after the funeral.

We hope this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our sincere gratitude and appreciation.
