KELLY Joe (Portaferry) Died 7th September 2026, peacefully at his home. Joe, cherished father of Tracey, Amanda, Joe and Nigel and a dearly loved father-in-law, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle and friend.

Joe’s remains will be reposing in his home 33B Cloughey Road, Portaferry. Visitors welcome from 4pm today, Monday 7th September.

Funeral will leave the home on Wednesday 9th September to St. Patrick’s Church, Ballyphilip for Requiem Mass at 11am followed by burial in adjoining graveyard. House private the morning of the funeral please. Family flowers only.
