Date of Death: Saturday 1st February 2025 Town: Gobnascale
Date of Death: Saturday 1st February 2025

Acknowledgement / Month’s Mind Mass
We, the family of the late Winnie Kelly wish to express our sincere thanks to everyone who sympathised with us during our recent bereavement and for the support and love we received during her short illness and during her final days. Sincere thanks to those who paid their respects, sent mass cards, attended the wake and funeral, sent flowers and those who brought food and made tea throughout. Also a special mention to Tracey and family members who travelled from abroad to be here. This was a great comfort to us during this incredibly difficult time.
Our sincerest thanks go to the medical staff and healthcare professionals who cared for Winnie with respect, and dignity, especially from the Foyle Hospice nurses, Marie Curie nurses, District nurses and North West Care. Words cannot express how grateful we are.
We would like to extend our deepest thanks to Fr. Canny Waterside Parish Priest and the musicians for the beautiful requiem mass.
Lastly, we would like to express our gratitude to W J O’Brien Funeral Directors for their professionalism and the compassionate handling of all the funeral arrangements, which was greatly appreciated during such a difficult time.
As it is impossible to thank everyone personally, please accept this acknowledgment as a token of our sincere appreciation and gratitude. Masses will be offered in recognition of your kindness.

Winnie’s month’s mind mass will take place on Saturday 1st March at 6.00pm in The Immaculate Conception, Trench Road. All welcome .
