The family of the late Paddy Kelly (Andy) 25 Bancran Road, Draperstown wish to thank all those who sympathised with us in our recent sad bereavement. We extend our heartfelt appreciation to everyone who called at the family home, sent messages, telephoned, sent letters, mass & sympathy cards.
A special thank you to the nursing staff in Ward 31 of Altnagelvin Hospital, who cared for Paddy during his illness.

We would also like to thank Dr Small, Draperstown Surgery for his care to Paddy.

Special thanks to Kevin Murray Funeral Directors for the professional manner in which he carried out the funeral arrangements.

We are most grateful to Fr McGirr for the beautiful funeral mass and his attendance at Paddy’s home.
We would also like to also thank Fr Downey, Fr Madden and Fr O’Neill for their assistance in the mass and presiding at the burial. Thanks to Thomasina McGovern for her beautiful singing during the funeral Mass.

Sincere thanks to Sperrin Bakery and others that sent food to the house.

We wish to thank the friends, neighbours, and colleagues who attended the funeral, offered their sympathies, and held Paddy in their prayers. We truly appreciate it and extend our gratitude to all the people who lined the route to the chapel and those who followed mass via the webcam. It is impossible to thank everyone individually but please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our thanks.

Paddy’s month’s mind mass will be celebrated in the Holy Rosary Church on Friday 22nd October at 7:30pm.

KELLY Paddy died on 22nd September 2021, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital, surrounded by his loving family.

Dearly loved husband of Vera, much loved father of Paula, Gary, Joanne, Carl and Andrea. Very deeply regretted by his daughters, sons, sons-in-law, Daughter-in-law and his beloved grandchildren.

Funeral on Friday 24th September from his late residence at 1.30pm for 2pm Requiem mass in St Eugene’s Church, Moneyneena. Interment in adjoining cemetery.

Regrettably due to the current restrictions the family home, funeral mass and burial will be private and limited to family and close friends only. Strict social distancing protocols will be in place.
