KING Patrick Malachy (Paddy) (Castlewellan) October 8, 2026 , youngest son of the late Hugh and Josephine King of Castlewellan passed away peacefully at the Mater Dei Hospital in Malta, surrounded by family members.

Paddy is survived by his sons Jonathan and Ryan, Ryan’s mother Carmen, Malta; by his brother Hugo King, Newcastle and sisters Oonagh Wood, United States, Aelish Patané, Newcastle, Eleanor Ross, Scotland and Brigid Muñoz, Spain. He was predeceased by his wife Sylvia, Malta; his brothers Tom and Damian, Castlewellan, Terry, Australia; his sisters Frances, Newcastle and Eileen, Castlewellan. Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, have mercy on his soul. R.I.P. Paddy.
