ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
The family of the Late Martin Lavelle wish to sincerely thank all those who sympathised with us on our recent bereavement.
We would like to say thank you to all who called to the house, sent mass cards, messages, and attended the funeral. A special thanks to Father Ciaran Feeney and Paddy for their spiritual support and celebration of life mass.
A special thanks to Cara McCann for singing so beautifully at Martin’s Requiem Mass.
We would like to extend our thanks to Gibsons Cafe for all their kindness and help.
Finally, we would like to thank O’Neill’s Funeral Directors for their professional and sensitive manner whilst helping us through this difficult period in our lives.
Martin’s months mind Mass will be celebrated in St. Michaels church on Sunday 8th June at 11am.
May our beautiful son forever rest in peace.
LAVELLE Martin, passed away suddenly on 8th May 2025. Dearly beloved son of Stephanie Lavelle and Martin Rooney, much loved brother of Charlie, Jordan, Bobby, Jack and Jude, loving partner of Chloe and much loved grandson of Joe and Mary Lavelle and Robert and Marian Rooney, also a loving nephew and cousin. (Late of Brooke Drive) Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul.
Martin’s remains will be reposing at his late residence from Monday evening and Tuesday for those wishing to pay their respects, house will be strictly private on Wednesday. Martin’s remains will leave his home at 9.30am on Thursday 15th May to arrive at St Michael’s Church for 10am Requiem Mass. Cremation to follow in Roselawn Crematorium.
Martin will be loved and missed always by his heartbroken mum, dad, brothers, grandparents and entire family circle. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu if desired to Addiction N.I c/o O’Neill’s Funeral Directors
