LAVERTY George (The Point, Ballyscullion, 88 Loughbeg Road, Toome) 8th December 2021 (peacefully at Brooklands Nursing Home) George RIP.

Beloved son of the late George and Mary, loving brother of the late James, Hughie, Johnny, Eddie, Rosetta, Jeanie, Rosie, Kathleen, Sheila, Bernie and Annie, and special friend of the late Brenda Mc Erlain.

His remains will leave his late residence on Friday 10th December at 10.15am for 11am Requiem Mass in St Joseph’s Church, Ballyscullion, burial immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. NB: Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic numbers will be limited within both the family home and the church. The Rosary and prayers will be recited online each evening of the wake at 7.30pm from St Mary’s Church Bellaghy.

Deeply regretted by his sorrowing nephews, nieces, grand nephews, grand nieces both home and abroad, brothers in law Rex Boyer and Kenneth Birks, sister in law Bridie Laverty, and all the family circle. On his soul sweet Jesus have mercy.
