Noel LEONARD
The family of the late Noel Leonard who sadly passed away on the 12th October 2024, would like to express our sincere thanks to everyone who supported us during our recent bereavement.
We would like to thank those who attended the wake, funeral and those who sent flowers, Mass cards, messages and offered prayers. A special word of thanks to Michael Mullan, Brenda Irwin, Judith Glendenning and Madeline Trainor for their continued help and support.
Thank you also to Caroline Mardon who helped enriched Noel’s life and this was a great support to the family.
Thank you to Monsignor McCanny and Fr Harkin for the beautiful funeral service and Month’s Mind Mass and for their guidance throughout the funeral process and also Gregory Kearney for the wonderful music.
Special thanks to the staff of The Bethany Centre for providing the refreshments after the funeral.
Thanks to all at W. J. O’Brien and Son Funeral Directors, Eglinton for the dignified and sensitive manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements.
Although it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of the family’s deep appreciation.

LEONARD Noel, 12th October 2024 peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital, beloved husband of Anne, loving father of Noel Jnr. and Martin, father-in-law of Ute and Donna, devoted grandfather of Jennifer, David, Kerry and Daniel and a much loved great-grandfather. Deeply regretted by his entire family circle.
His remains will be reposing in his home, 24 Jane’s Valley, Limavady, from 12 noon on Monday. Funeral from there on Tuesday at 9.30 am for 10 o’clock Requiem Mass in Christ The King Church, Limavady. Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Family time please from 9 pm to 11 am.
Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu of flowers, if wished, to Alzheimer’s Society UK.
