Samuel Alexander Lewis died suddenly on February 12th 2021, in hospital.
Dearly loved husband of Anne, loving father of Philip, Samuel, Martin and Ivor, father-in-law of Rita, Linda, Ailsa and Ruth, a devoted grandfather and great-grandfather.
A private family Funeral will take place due to the current restrictions.
Donations in lieu of flowers may be sent, if desired, direct to N.I. Chest, Heart and Stroke, c/o S. Lewis, 124 Orby Drive, Belfast, BT5 6BB.
Will be sadly missed by all the family. Psalm 116 v. 15 “Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints”.
