It is with deep sorrow and great sadness that we announce the passing of Laurence Lynch, peacefully at The Foyle Hospice on 10th May 2026. Late of 47 Dunmore Gardens. May he rest in peace.

Beloved husband of Eileen. Devoted father of Liam. Dearest father-in-law of Louise. Loving granda of Nicole, Adam, Ben, Ryan and Jake. A much loved great-Granda of Theo (Teddy). Precious son of the late John and Sarah Lynch. A dear brother of John, Frank, Aidan and the late Bernard. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of his wider family circle, friends and neighbours.

Laurence’s remains will be reposing at his late home, 47 Dunmore Gardens from 5pm this afternoon, Sunday 10th May. Funeral leaving from there on Tuesday 12th May at 9:20am for 10am Requiem Mass in St. Mary’s Church, Creggan. A cremation service will take place afterwards at 2pm in Lakeland’s Crematorium, Co.
