Date of Death: Friday 8th December 2023

Jarlath, Kevin and Martin wish to express their deep appreciation and heartfelt thanks for the kindness, sympathy and support shown to them after the recent passing of their dear mother, Kathleen RIP.
Sincere thanks to all who attended her wake, travelled great distances to be with us, called at the home, sent Mass and sympathy cards and attended her funeral.

Thank you to Fr Edward O’Donnell P.P. and Deacon Brett Lockhart from St Brigid’s Parish, Belfast for their prayers and support during the wake. Thanks to Fr Paul Fleming from St Mary’s University College for celebrating her funeral Mass and to the Sisters of Nazareth for the use of their Care Village Church. Thanks to Fr Conor McGrath P.P. St Colmcille’s Parish, Belfast for the prayers of committal at the graveside. All of your efforts brought us great comfort.
A word of thanks too, to the young people of St Brigid’s Parish Youth Faith Group and their leaders for attending the funeral and forming a guard of honour. Our thanks to Maimie Henvey and Marion Jordan for the beautiful music and singing.
Sincerest thanks to the religious Sisters and all the staff of Nazareth House Care Village who looked after our mother so well over the last number of years.
A special thanks to Ambrose McSparron & Sons for the compassionate, professional and dignified way in which her funeral arrangements were carried out.

As it would be impossible for us to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a gesture of our deepest gratitude to all those who supported us during our loss. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for the intentions of all.

A month’s mind Mass for our mother will be celebrated in Nazareth House Care Village Church on Sunday 14 th January 2024 at 10.30 am.
May her kind and caring soul be granted eternal rest.
