MALLON (nee Lyons) Sheila (Ballyholland/Corcreechy) 30th May 2026, peacefully at St. Joseph’s Nursing Home, Warrenpoint surrounded by her loving family. Sheila, beloved wife of the late Patsy, loving mother of Paula (Sean), Cathy (Garrett), Thelma (Martin) and the late Deirdre, cherished grandmother of Conor, Mary Cate, Ronan, Kevin, Senan, Eimear and the late baby Mark, daughter of the late Edward and Mary Catherine Lyons and dear sister of Dermot (Sheila) and the late Pat, Mena, Gerard, Marie, Nan, Geordie and Fenton. Formerly of Ballyholland and Corcreechy, Saval. May her sweet and gentle soul rest in peace.

Sheila’s remains will repose at McAnulty’s Funeral Home 35, Church Street, Warrenpoint, BT34 3HN today Sunday from 4pm – 6pm and on Monday from 3pm – 5pm and 7pm – 9pm. Removal on Tuesday at 10.30am arriving at St. Mary’s Church, Chapel Street, Newry for 11am Requiem Mass (churchmedia.tv), followed by interment in adjoining cemetery.

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her loving family, extended family circle and friends.
