Margaret Sterling died on January 7th, 2021 (peacefully) at Antrim Area Hospital.  Late of 27 Muff Road, Cookstown.

Dearly beloved wife of the late Tommie, much loved Mother of Winifred (Hewitt), Georgina (Wilkinson), William and the late George, a dear mother-in-law of Mervyn, Alice and the late Ivan, devoted Granny of Shirley, Wendy, Mark, Jill, Jason, Barry, Reuben, Caroline, Andrew, Greer and Stephen, a loving great grandmother and a dear sister of Eliza (Hopper).

House private, due to current restrictions.  A Service of Thanksgiving for Margaret’s life will take place at her son William’s home, 17 Muff Road on Sunday, January 10th at 1 pm, followed by burial in Cookstown Cemetery at 2.15 pm (approx.).

Family and friends are welcome to listen to the service outside the home or stand along the route to pay their respects, whilst maintaining social distancing: via Muff Road, past her own home, Lissan Road and Cookstown Main Street.
