Mary’s family and sisters would like to thank everyone who sympathised with them on their recent bereavement, to all who attended the wake and funeral, sent messages, Mass and Sympathy cards,  made donations to Foyle Hospice in lieu of flowers. We appreciated the help during the wake and funeral, the provision of parking, the lights, those who controlled the traffic, those who sent/brought food, gifts and flower tributes.

For their spiritual support, we thank Fr Kevin McElhennon, Fr Declan McGeehan, Fr Francis Bradley, Fr Peter McAnenly, and Fr John Fox.  Thanks to Fr Kevin and Fr John for concelebrating the fitting and touching Funeral Mass, to Justin McGurk, his beautiful singing adding to the occasion, to the sacristans, the Eucharistic ministers, the altar server.

To the members of Loughmacrory GFC who provided a guard of honour, thank you.

For preparing Mary’s final resting place, thanks to Sean Gorman and his assistants.

Our thanks to John Donaghy, undertaker, for his care and efficiency in carrying out his duties.

Thanks to the staff of Hughie Ruaidh’s for the welcomed refreshments after the burial and to Mountfield Community Association for the use of the hall.

A sincere thank you to those involved with Mary’s care over the last few years; the GPs and staff of Drumragh Family Practice; the Omagh and Gortin District Nurses, SWAH A&E and Cardiac ward, and the Staff of Bradleys Pharmacy Killyclogher.  Gratitude and thanks to Naoimi, the Foyle Hospice Palliative Nurse, who was present at Mary’s passing, for her care and support to Mary and to us all.

As it is impossible to thank everyone, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our sincere appreciation.
