MATHEWS Anthony, passed away peacefully October 27, 2026 at Nazareth House Care Village surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of the late Sarah. R.I.P. Devoted father of Susan, Michael and John, much loved father-in-law of Bill, Katja and Pam, cherished grandfather of Séan, James, Louis, Sarah and Charles. Sadly missed by his entire family circle and friends.

Anthony is reposing at O’Kanes Funeral Home, 2 St Judes Avenue, BT7 2FZ. Those wishing to pay their respects are welcome to call on today Friday October 30th from 9.00am-5.00pm. He will then be reposing at his daughter’s house from tomorrow Saturday October 31st, those wishing to pay their respects are welcome to call on Saturday and Sunday from 5.00pm – 8.00pm. House is Private on Monday November 2nd. Requiem Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday November 3rd at 11.00am in Nazareth House Care Village, 516 Ravenhill Road, BT6 0BW, followed by cremation in Roselawn Crematorium at 12.40pm.
