McALEENAN Patrick (Banbridge) died 17th September 2026 peacefully at Craigavon Area Hospital. Patrick Bernard Age 96 R.I.P. Husband of Mary and much loved father of Terence, Patrick, Oisin, Adrian and the late Una Maria. Brother of Theresa (Colleary), Claire (Stevens), Mary (Neeson), Carmel (Hillen) and the late Jim, Brendan, Sean, Nan (Rooney), Renee (Barry), Mona (Clarke), Gerard and Pauline. Eldest son of Patrick and Margaret McAleenan, Corbally, Katesbridge. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul.

His remains will repose at his home, 22 Kensington Avenue, Castlewellan Road, Banbridge on Saturday from 2pm until 7pm. House private on the morning of funeral. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Sunday at 11.00am in St. Patrick’s Church, Dromore Street. Burial afterwards in St. Patrick’s Cemetery.

Deeply regretted by his sorrowing wife, sons, daughters in law Sue and Mairead, sisters, grandchildren Eun Bee, Aoife, Odhrán, Conall and Clodagh. Brothers in law, sister in law, nephews, nieces, family circle and friends.
