Philomena McANESPIE (née Magee)
The family of the late Philomena McAnespie RIP wish to express our sincere thanks to all those who sympathised and supported us in our recent sad bereavement. Words cannot express our heartfelt thanks to our extended family, friends, neighbours and community. To all who attended the wake and funeral, sent Mass and sympathy cards, flowers, brought gifts of food and sent messages of sympathy, we are very grateful.
We thank all our relatives and friends for their help during the wake, parking cars, making tea, providing lighting and to Kevin McElvogue for the marquee and chairs. A special mention to Copperfields Private Nursing Home for the care and attention they gave Mummy. We extend thanks also to Fr Devenney for the beautiful Funeral Mass. to Oonagh and the choir for the lovely singing and music. The lay ministers and sacristan who all made Mummy’s Funeral Mass so special for us.
Thanks to Paudge Quinn, Undertaker, and staff for their professional and dignified manner in which they carried out their duties and thanks also to the gravediggers for preparing Mummy’s final resting place. Our thanks to the management and staff of Quinn’s Corner for providing the refreshments afterwards.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually we sincerely hope this acknowledgment will be accepted as a token of our sincere gratitude and appreciation.
Mummy’s Months Mind Mass will be celebrated on Saturday 10th February at 6pm in St Mary’s Church, Aughnacloy.
