The death has occurred of Sr M. Perpetua McArdle, Convent of Mercy, Newry, on Saturday 15th February, peacefully at St Joseph’s Nursing Home Warrenpoint.

Deeply regretted by her Congregation of the Sisters of Mercy, Northern Province and by her loving nephews, nieces, grand nephews, grand nieces, family circle and many friends. Predeceased by her parents John and Elizabeth, sisters Madge, Kathleen, Patricia Rita and brothers Jim and Johnny.

Reposing at the Convent of Mercy 35 Old Warrenpoint Rd Newry on Monday 17th February 2025 from 2pm until 5pm. Funeral Mass at the Cathedral of Saint Patrick and Saint Colman on Tuesday 18th February at 12pm. Burial afterwards in the Church of the Holy Rosary Cemetery, Brid a Crinn, Killin. Co.Louth. Our Lady of Knock pray for her. May she rest in Peace.
