McATEER (nee McAteer) Una (Ballyholland, Newry) October 31st, 2026. Peacefully at Daisy Hill Hospital, Una (née McAteer), formerly of Innisfree Park. Beloved wife of the late Kevin, devoted mother of Bronagh and the late Paul and Maurice, loving mother-in-law of Aiden and cherished granny of Ciaran, Karen and her husband Miceal.

Una was also predeceased by her brothers John, Patrick, Matthew and Raymond, and her sisters Elizabeth Grattan, Rose, Margaret Davidson and Teresa Keenan. May she Rest In Peace.

Una’s remains will repose at her daughter Bronagh’s residence, 12A Chapel Hill, Mayobridge, today Monday and tomorrow Tuesday from 2pm-10pm. Funeral will arrive at St Mary’s Church, Chapel Street, Newry on Wednesday for Requiem Mass at 11.30am. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

The family respectfully request that the house remain strictly private on the morning of the funeral. Our Lady of Lourdes, pray for her.
