McAVOY John Joseph (Joe) (Meadowbrook, Craigavon, formerly of Aghacommon, Derrymacash) March 1, 2025 peacefully surrounded by his loving family.

John Joseph (Joe), beloved husband of the late Magdalene, loving father of Ann Marie (Mulholland), Martin and Catherine (Shanks), a treasured father in law to Shane, Aine and Dermy and a precious grandfather of Caolán, Ciarán, Cían, Orla, Áron, John, Ava, Clióna and Niamh. Loving son of the late Sarah (Cissy) and Jack McAvoy, and a dear brother to Denise (Cassidy), and the late Jacqueline (Duffy) and Benedict.

Joe will repose at the family home, 25 Meadowbrook, BT65 5AA today Tuesday and Wednesday, where family and friends are welcome to call and pay their respects. Funeral from his home on Thursday at 11.15am to St Patrick’s Church, Derrymacash for 12noon Requiem Mass. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Our Lady of Knock pray for him.

Joe will be sadly missed by his family, nieces, nephews, and wider family circle and friends.
