McBRIDE, John Wesley – 12th January 2026. Passed away peacefully at hospital, aged 81 years. Late of Killaney Avenue, Lisburn.

Beloved husband of the late Alice. Much loved father of Lydia and the late Mark, father-in-law to William. Devoted granda to Jordan and Holly and great-granda to Myles and Harry. Loving brother to Roberta, Vivienne and the late Roy and Aubrey, brother-in-law of David and the late John.

A service of thanksgiving will be held in Lisburn Independent Methodist Church, 68 Causeway End Road, Lisburn on Thursday 15th January at 1.15pm; afterwards to Lisburn New Cemetery Blaris.

House strictly private. Family and friends welcome at Ronnie Thompson’s Funeral Home on Tuesday 13th January from 6.00pm – 8.00pm.
