The family of the late John McCann would like to thank family, friends and neighbours who sympathised with us during our recent loss. Thank you to all who called at the house, sent mass and sympathy cards, flowers and offered their condolences online. We would like to thank the medical staff on Ward 5F in the RVH, for their compassion and caring for Dad in his final days. A special thank you to the staff of the Belfast Trust Comminity Equipment Team for their generous donation made to the Alzheimers Society. Thank you to Fr. Brian Watters who conducted the mass, and Fr. Aidan McAughan who conducted the graveside service. Thank you to Catherine McCallum for providing the music for the service. Finally, thank you to Mallon Brothers Funeral Directors for a professional and dignified funeral service.

John’s Months Mind will take place at St. Peter’s Cathedral on Saturday 28th December at 10am. All are welcome to attend. Rest In Peace.

McCANN John, died peacefully at Hospital 27th November 2024. Beloved husband of Anne, a loving father to Olivia, Joseph, John and Stephen, a much loved grandfather, great grandfather, father in law, brother, uncle and friend. R.I.P.

John’s remains will leave his late home 1 Grosvenor Court on Saturday at 11.00am for 11.30am Requiem Mass in St Peters Cathedral followed by burial in Milltown Cemetery. St Pio Pray for him. Deeply regretted by his loving family circle.
