McCARNEY (nee Gallagher) Philomena (Phil) – 26a Kilnahushogue Road, Lisnacrieve, Fintona, BT78 2EY, died peacefully at the South West Acute Hospital, on Monday 14th October 2024, surrounded by her loving family.

Beloved wife of Pat-Joe. Treasured mother of Rosie Donnelly (Paul), Teresa McCrory, Una Carney (Micheál), Martina Kelly (Gary), Joanne Daly (Mario) and Paula Moore (Cathal). Loving and devoted grandmother to her 17 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Cherished sister of Kathleen Breen, Joe Gallagher, Jim Gallagher and the late Jean McDonald, Rita Fox and Patricia Armstrong.

Philomena will be reposing in Grianan House Funeral Home, 4 Carnalea Road, Fintona, BT78 2BY from 12noon until 9.00pm on Tuesday 15th October and Wednesday 16th October.

Philomena will leave her late residence at 10.15am on Thursday 17th October for 11am requiem Mass in St. Lawrence’s Church, Fintona, followed by her burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

For those who wish to show a presence on the funeral route, Philomena will travel from the Kilnahushogue Road, Ecclesville Road and Lisdergan Road, to arrive at St. Lawrence’s Church for 10.50am.

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her loving husband, daughters, sons in law, grandchildren, great grandchildren, sister, brothers, in laws, nephews, nieces and entire family circle and friends. Our Lady pray for her.
