The family of the late Mary McCarney wish to thank all who sympathized with them in their recent bereavement.
Thank you for your kindness and prayers.

Thanks to all who helped at the house (Carmel, Briege, Maeve, Roisin, Helen, Gabrielle, Anne, Declan, Hughie, Gertie, Patrick, Eugene), helped with parking (Brian for lighting),came to Mum’s wake, brought food, Mass and Sympathy cards and attended her funeral. Thanks to those who travelled long distances.
Thanks to Mum’s companions (Anne, Roísín, Cáit, Maeve, Gabrielle, Brighdín, Emer, Bernie and Aggie), for their kind and gentle care. Thanks to Phyllis and support staff, Gortmore House. Thanks to the hospital and community NHS personnel – chiefly Drs Devlin, Corry and Eileen Mullan (Carrickmore Health Centre), Pharmacy staff (Harte’s principally) & the Macmillan Team – especially Dietitian Ann (McSorley).
Heartfelt thanks to Fr Sean McCartan (PP Beragh) & his predecessor Monsignor Colm Curry who attended Mum at home through the years, to Fr.Kevin McElhennon (Cappagh) and Fr Peter McAnely (Termonmaguirk)
Our gratitude too to Fr. Gerard McAleer (and co-celebrant Fr Peter) for celebrating Mum’s Requiem Mass. Thanks to those who led the Prayers of the Faithful and presented the gifts. Special thanks to Leanne Daly for the beautiful music & to Cait for the Hymn at Mum’s graveside. Thanks to Rosemary and to John & Seamus Donaghy for the sensitive, professional way in which they carried out the Funeral arrangements. Thanks to Ivan Woods & daughter who prepared Mum’s grave and to Charlie, Sacristan.
Thanks to Loughmacrory GAA for the use of the Club Room and Farleys (Beragh) for the refreshments provided after the funeral.
Thanks to those who made donations to charity in Mum’s memory.
To ALL who helped, please accept this acknowledgement as a sincere expression of our heartfelt appreciation – the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.

McCARNEY (nee McCullagh) Mary – (Drumnakilly, Omagh), December 30th 2023, R.I.P. Peacefully at the Palliative Care Ward, Omagh Hospital.

Beloved wife of the late Joseph RIP. Dearest mother of Briege, Joseph (Katharine), Maureen, Paddy (Linda) and the late Anne RIP. Cherished grandmother of Sarah, Katie, Harry, Thomas, Tristan and Ruairidh. Sister of the late Mickey, Pat, Tom and Bridie (Donaghy).

Requiem Mass on Monday 1st January at 11am in St Mary’s Church, Loughmacrory, interment afterwards in adjoining Cemetery.

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her entire family circle.

MARY, QUEEN OF HEAVEN PRAY FOR HER. ST. JOSEPH PRAY FOR HER.
