McCARTAN Mary. On January 6th, Women’s Little Christmas, we said goodnight to Mary McCartan, a devoted mum, granny, sister, wife, mother-in-law, friend, health visitor, knitter, cook and queen of pavlovas. Mary touched the lives of so many because she saw the good in people. She embraced life with open arms and a smile, facing even the most difficult situations with stoicism, dignity and resilience. Mary will be remembered for her ability to bring people together.

Her funeral will be held in St Patrick’s Church, Banbridge at 12.30pm on Thursday January 16th, followed by a Service at Roselawn Crematorium at 4.00pm on the same day. All are welcome to either or both Services. House and Funeral Home Strictly Private. ‘Go in style Mum’.
