McCARTAN (nee Mulholland) Marie (Mayobridge, Newry) died 12th July 2026 peacefully at Bannview Nursing Home. Marie R.I.P. Wife of the late James and much loved mother of Brian, James, Charlie Pat, Maria, Daniel, Eoin, John Byrne and the late Eileen & Delia. Sister of the late Eileen & Ignatius. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on her soul.

Her remains will repose at her home, 1 Ryan Road, Mayobridge on Monday from 3pm & on Tuesday from 2pm. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Wednesday in St. Mary’s Church, Burren at 12noon. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Deeply regretted by her sorrowing daughter, sons, son in law, daughters in law, grandchildren, brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, family circle & friends.
