McCARTHY (née Kelly) Eileen, 22nd August 2025, peacefully at Edenballymore Lodge Care Home, surrounded by her loving family. Formerly of Barry Street. Loving wife of the late John, mother of Christine, Mary and Patricia, grandmother and great-grandmother, daughter of the late Jim and Cissie and sister of the late May, Veronica, Kathleen, Olive and James. Sadly missed by the wider family circle.

Eileen will be reposing at her daughter Mary’s home, 15 Liscannor Park, Foyle Springs, on Saturday 23rd August from 5:00pm. Family time please from 11:00pm to 11:00am. Funeral leaving 15 Liscannnor Park on Monday 25th August at 9:20am to St. Patrick’s Church, Pennyburn for Requiem Mass at 10:00am. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery.
