McCARTHY (nee McDonald) Bridgid, died peacefully under the wonderful care of Fruithill Care Home on 9th May 2024 surrounded by her loving family. Late of 5 Dunmisk Park, Belfast.

Dearly beloved wife of Desy and loving mother to Bernadette, Ethna, Geraldine, Desmond, Roisin and Annemarie. Much loved sister of Geraldine, Bernadette and Rita. Our Lady of Lourdes Pray for Her.

Bridget’s remains will be reposing at her late residence from Friday evening for those wishing to pay their respects. Bridget’s remains will leave her late residence at 5.30pm on Sunday to arrive at St Agnes’ Church for 6pm. A Requiem Mass will then take place on Monday at 10am, burial to follow in Our Lady’s Cemetery, Hannahstown.

Bridget will be loved and missed always by her heartbroken husband, son, daughters, sisters, grandchildren, great grandchildren and entire family circle.
