The family circle of the late Stella McCartney wish to thank those who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement. A special word of thanks to Celebrant, Dorothy Purdy for conducting the Funeral Service and for her words of comfort. Thanks to the staff at Strickland’s Bay and also staff at Ulster Hospital, Ward 3E for their unfailing care and attention. Sent letters and cards of sympathy, telephoned, called at the home, brought gifts, attended the funeral or helped in any way. A Service of Celebration for the life of Stella will be held in Ronnie Thompson’s Funeral Church, 20 Ballinderry Road, Lisburn, BT28 1UF on Friday 24th May at 12.30pm; afterwards to Lisburn New Cemetery Blaris.
