McCLELLAND Gerard (Jed), peacefully at The Foyle Hospice on April 27 2026. Late of 2 Stewart’s Terrace. May he rest in peace. Beloved son of the late Anthony and Nellie. Devoted father of Gavin and Diarmuid. Loving granda of Áine. A much loved brother of Eddie, Damian, Niall, Dermot, Mary, Grainne, Majella and the late John and Thomas. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of his wider family circle and friends.

Jed’s remains will be reposing at his late home, 2 Stewart’s Terrace from 1.00pm today, Tuesday, April 28. A private cremation will take place at Lakeland’s Crematorium, Co. Cavan on Thursday, April 30. Parking will be available at Brooke Park for the duration of Jed’s wake. The wake house will be private from 9.00pm until 10.00am.
