McCLELLAND (née Hunter) Julie (1951-2023)

The McClelland and extended Hunter family are saddened to announce the death of Julie McClelland on 20th November 2023, after a short illness, surrounded by her children.

Julie, beloved wife of the late Colin, much-loved mother of Lauren, Peter and Fiona and loving Grannie to Harry, Lucy, Angus, Finn, Alex and baby Emma. She will be greatly missed by her daughter-in-law Morag, sons-in-law Richard and Neil, brothers and sisters Jane, Christine, Jimmy, the late Maria, John and Stephen, all of her nieces and nephews, wide family circle and many friends.

Julie’s funeral service will take place on Friday 1st December at St Brigid’s Church, Derryvolgie Avenue at 9:30am, followed by burial at Holy Cross Church, Dunfanaghy, Co. Donegal at approximately 3pm.

A reception with refreshments to follow at the Shandon Hotel, Marble Hill, Co. Donegal.
